East Asian countries (China, Taiwan, Korea and Japan) number the months 1-12. They don't use western names.
As well, days of the week are different. Most European-influenced countries use the planets for the seven days. In English, we use the Norse "gods" for Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
East Asian countries either number the days (China and Taiwan name them Sunday and 1-6 for Monday to Saturday) or they use "elements" (Japan and Korea use sun, moon, fire, water, wood, gold and earth for Sunday to Saturday).
