I take a few deep breaths and think to myself, "Me getting angry about this won't solve anything. To be of any use, I have to have a clear head. Just relax, let it slide for now, and solve the problem."

i look at what effect getting stressed will have. Will not change the situation, will raise my blood pressure, so what is the point of getting stressed about it. I find things that i can do to alleviate the situation. If it is work or something that i have little of no control over then i let it be. I do what i need to do a and leave it behind when i leave.

I try hard to keep in mind a couple of things.
1) This life, this physical incarnation that we are presently living is all an illusion, and none of our dramas and traumas that we take so seriously will matter on the other side anyway.
2) What I put into the universe activates the universal law of attraction and comes back to me in some form, so I try to put out as much positivity and as little negativity as possible.

Thanks for answering my question. I'm happy that you think that way. I'll try my best to help you now. Whenever I'm stressed, I just try to think on the bright side... like how lucky I am just to be living. I realize that it's not gonna be the end of the world, and that everything will probably be fine again. Just take a deep breath and try to calm yourself down by thinking about happy things that you love. It works for me!! Good luck!

Back off, focus on the problem, then proceed forward. Recognize that the situation will not solve itself and getting angry won't help.

It is interesting how people of different blood types handle stress differently. Some need quiet time, others need creativity, some need relationship etc.

I step back and try to view the situation as a third party. This enables me to have a clearer perspective.

When I get too stressed or angry, I try to find something to laugh about. Sometimes what I'm doing (like yelling at my cat) is so ridiculous I have to laugh at myself.
Laughter is the best medicine.

Remember the old "count to 10" ? It works. p.s. Moses had a hard time with his anger. He used to throw the 10 commandments down and break them!!!!
