call her and ask her if she likes u her sis might know that she likes you so she backed off this means she is a good sister, i think the other twin likes you and her sis is helping not spoil it so ask the other twin out

It means to call the sister. I have no idea how you are going to tell who you are really talking too, or you took out, or anything else important like that.

Be very very careful how you handle that dating. I assume you would have asked the twin that signed the yearbook if you could tell them apart.
