Here is an awesome cake recipe.
Buy an angel food cake and slice it into 3 layers.
Mix a 20 oz can of crushed pineapple with the juice
I large box of vanilla instant pudding
I cup of fat free cool whip.
Spread some on each layer.
Don't worry about how the cake is cut because the fruit will cover it. It will come out the sides but that is what it looks like.
Put strawberries on top and refrigerate about an hour before serving. Dont take any care in putting the filling on the layers.
It took me longer to write this recipe then it does to make the cake.
It is awesome and light.
Also try bananas and other fruits on top. Experiment with this cake. LOW CALORIE.

Most deserts are really dry and don't need extra baking.

Desserts on the other hand can be bought at a grocery store...that's your best bet.
