No I wouldn't. If they were having problems I'd try to get them some help but I would never kick them out.

No. In fact, in every state there are laws against a minor being left to fend for themselves. But, if you have a kid that is out of control, what you do is ship them off to teen boot camp to straighten them out. Kids who are raised right usually don't get into positions like that in the first place. Usually when you see a rotten kid, there is a rotten parent standing close by, unfortunately.

Besides the fact that it's illegal, there's only one way either one of my kids would not be living under my roof. And that's if they were violent to the rest of us. Then I'd get the local child welfare agency involved. Along with a good counsellor.

I would never just put my child on the street regardless of age. But if my minor child is a physical threat to me and others living in the home, I would complete a juvenille complaint and turn him/her over to the authorities.

Never say never!!
To be honest I dont know, depends what it was for and how I would be able to cope. If you feel you cant cope then it is still your choice.
But I dont think anyone can answer this until they are faced with such a situation.

Naw, i understand your child might be troublesome but still dont kick them out! you'll feel horrible if they get hurt out on the streets! Try teen programs in your area.

Heck no I wouldn't "kick them out" tell them to straighten up or drop them off at the local DFACS office and then tell them thry can come home when they act right. (There's always bootcamp)
