You would be making a BIG mistake! I've suffered from depression most of my life. You need to see a Dr. NOW! Call someone or go to the ER. There is medication you can take and you will be happy again -- be able to make decisions and be loved by those around you. Suicide is a chicken ---- way out! You have more guts than that! Tell a relative -- friend -- whatever -- but get help AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! You will be glad you did later! I didn't think I would ever be happy again -- but I am and I'm glad I didn't do it. Love ya!

Im pretty sure you would die. but dont commit suicide because even if you think life sucks. and sometimes it does. it always gets better. go on a road trip or something if you feel that way. get awya from everything and do something new for a while. forget about everything bad and forge forward. have a strong will. if you have the will to committ suicide you have the will to make your life better.

If you committed suicide you would make a lot of people (who will still be alive) feel guilty for the rest of their lives. It is the perfect way to destroy the lives of the people you know. You won't be around to suffer.
If you are suffering right now, you need to let people know. You need change in your life.
I hope you will consider the feelings of other people. Good luck to you.

Well if u miss u could be in a state of hell on earth, in pain, incapacitated, and probably unable to do anything about it. If you're successful in your endeavor then all you did was decrease the human population because you couldn't face your life. If suicide is your goal just do it and get it over with. If you hesitate even just a little you should get the help you need and move on with your life.

I don't know what happens for the after life experience. if you committed suicide, you lose everything and never get a chance to continue on with you life. Meaning of life is to believe in yourself, don't be hard on yourself, do your best, be optimistic, and look forward to doing positive things.

What do you think would happen...besides the obvious? Would you go to an eternal paradise, free from pain? I think that is what everyone who commits suicide (or, like me, has tried), thinks. I changed my mind. I wasn't sure. Are you? Glad I survived.
P.S. Sometimes the truth is tough to take. Some of your best answers came from words un-minced.

Death is not pretty--in fact it's pretty gross---here's just the Physiological consequences

......For the human body, the physiological consequences of death follow a recognized sequence through early changes into bloating, then decay to changes after decay and finally skeletal remains.

Soon after death (15–120 minutes depending on various factors), the body begins to cool (algor mortis), becomes pallid (pallor mortis), and internal sphincter muscles relax, leading to the release of urine, feces, and stomach contents if the body is moved. The blood moves to pool in the lowest parts of the body, livor mortis (dependent lividity), within 30 minutes and then begins to coagulate. The body experiences muscle stiffening (rigor mortis) which peaks at around 12 hours after death and is gone in another 24 (depending on temperature) as enzymes begin to break down the tissues. Within a day, the body starts to show signs of decomposition (decay), both autolytic changes and from 'attacking' organisms—bacteria, fungi, insects, mammalian scavengers, etc. Internally, the body structures begin to collapse, the skin loses integration with the underlying tissues, and bacterial action creates gases which cause bloating and swelling. The rate of decay is enormously variable and depends on numerous factors. Thus, a body may be reduced to skeletal remains in days, though it is possible under certain conditions for remains to stay largely intact for many years.

You'd die.
So don't do it, for the sake of the people who care for you!

Speak with a doctor. Suicide is merely the easy and unnecessary way out of real-life problems.
