Don't do anything you will regret. And this person might be a rebound and if you are never going to be with him again then move on and don't dwell on it. Maybe you could try to date around, not sleep around. Beign in the company of other that make you feel special usuallyhelps you forget about things tha bother you.

If he "already" has a new girlfriend, best bet is he was cheating on you and you just didn't know it. Guys can be "slick" about things like that. You should say, Thank God I found out now before I wasted any more of my life on this loser and move on. Nothing hurts guys or messes with their mind more than girls moving on with their life after a break-up. Just tell yourself you deserve better (cause you do) and time will take care of the rest.

Move on sweetie, he is on the rebound and chances are that relationship will not last.
So hold you head up proud and don't let him get to you, as if you do that is exactly what he wants you to do. Be stronger than that. Show him you life hasn't stopped and what he is missing out on. Life is toooooo short to waste it crying over a man.
