Keeping in mind that the bible never lies, for it has God's words within. Why would people want us to learn about the bible? It has all the answers, we don't want to be like God. The first thing God wrote is, don't believe anything I say, because I can lie, and you can't judge me, because I am perfect. I am perfect because I say I am. The bible is all about...it is because I said so. It creates desperate people trying to live a better life. That better life, a life of perfection. "Human perfection" is in reality trying be God. So then is Heaven real, or are we living in hell. Is death good or bad? Who wants us to live, God...or Satan. He offers us things in this world which are meaningless. Rich, Fame, Love, Peace....they don't exist. Nothing exists in this world, and when you are six feet under then forgotten...you will have proven me right. I looked for the answers, and I found God. But the God I found was not the God I was looking for. I found God was staring at Satan in the face.

The bible is simple, it has no answers. The proof is in your knowledge of the bible. Even true believers wise and young alike, have never agreed to the bible's meaning. So think about that. Love you.

Depending on how you interpret it, yes, the Bible can prove itself wrong, just as much as it can prove itself right.

No, the Bible didn't say don't believe anything I say.

No, you don't have to take every word of the Bible literally. So you don't have to be uptight about a "self-centered" God (as you interpreted it rather unjustly), nor to try to be like God in perfection (otherwise, you don't really need the Bible).

There's no point to asking your question if nothing exists in this world. I suggest you don't get stuck with that notion in your head. THIS WORLD IS FOR YOU TO LIVE IN. NOT FOR HEAVEN NOR FOR HELL, BUT FOR THE LOVE OF GOD THAT IS IN YOU ALL ALONG.

You found God that was staring at Satan in the face because that was the god you were looking for, thanks to hardboiled, religious fanatics out there who are just as stuck up as their religious/non-religious counterparts. Keep searching. Peace.

First you might want to read the Bible, then you can make your own conclusions, God never says in the Bible the he is lying. Then, life is pretty difficult but that is of our own making and of the nature of life itself. Last I am not sure you want an answer or are merely reflecting your own thoughts but really no one can give you a right answer. I can say I believe Satan does not exist it is merely a representation of all that is evil.

The Bible is a guide for life, a weapon for evil, a resource for wisdom, and a key to Heaven. And it is 100% true. People have a problem with it because it makes them uncomfortable. It speaks against the natural evil in our hearts, and makes us have to put out effort. God does not promise financial richness, or fame. But He does promise you love and peace. These things do exist, but only to those who seek after God. You think they don't exist because you have not experienced them. Death is only good to those who will proceed to life. Eternal life with God in Heaven. You are looking in the wrong places for God, or you arent' putting out enough effort. He can see through your heart, and knows if you really want Him or not. No one's life will ever be perfect. God promises trials and hard times, but they are to strengthen and shape your faith. Everything works together for good.

The bible cannot be understood by a non-believer. The holy spirit of God reveals the truth of the word. If you reject God, then you cannot understand the bible. You might want to reconsider.

Who said the Bible has all the answers. The Bible says that there are many things that we can't understand. The Bible can't prove itself wrong because it isn't wrong.

All right, who's been smoking the wacky weed...the first thing God wrote was "In the beginning, God..." which is close. But being Godly is only being "like" God, not being God. :)
