help me please. I am using a macintosh but i want to install windows media player. I went to the site and dl the version for Mac but it won't open. It says select application after i try to open it. help me please.

have you installed the Stuffit Expander? It's a decompressor, kinda like Winzip. You unstuff your files.

I've seen WMP on mac's before (WMP11), so don't' give up hope it dose work, just make sure that you have the right version, and the right compatibilities on your mac. And if it still doesn't work than re-download it. I hope that it will work for you!

Umm are you sure you got the right one?
Might sound like a stupid question but check and double check, if that is the right version then it is possible that it is corrupted and you might need to re-download it.

dont have much experience with mac... so sry, but try downloading it again, c where its saved n then go to the installation/setup icon which is there. may b if it works ?!?!

you got what you deserved for actually trying to install WMP
when there are better players available.
Why on earth didn't you choose quicktime or realplayer?
