I use Azureus
First make sure you have downloaded Azureus from http://azureus.sourceforge.net/ and installed the program then Open the site http://www.torrentspy.com/ search for what you want u may have to sign in make an account if you haven't already its free. when u have found what u want download the torrent a window will open and click save and put them in a folder you will be able to find latter I made a new one called torrents then all u have to do is click on that torrent and a window will open and ask you to save the full file too.and then the Axureus program will start to download the file the program will open automatically. Hope I haven't left any thing out good luck.

Regards Danny

Bittorrent is a waste of bandwidth, don't use it. Anything associated with it must be bad news as well. It will slow your computer down because it makes your computer a node for its purposes using your computer's power and speed to send files to other people.
