mp3 upload HELP!!!!?

I have a toshiba mp3 and it won't sync with my windows media player. what am i doing wrong? my sandisk mp3 never had a problem. just plug and go. but when i plug the toshiba in, windows media player just keeps saying "no device has been detected"

Try install the CD.

install the cd. toshiba might use a different hook up and music player.

it probably doesnt support this media player
choose from these
realplayer, winamp,iTunes, and many other jukeboxes

which you can get from download.com
