I was actually MORE calm the week of my wedding than I was for a few months leading up to it. Just try to plan to get things done. If you have favors to do, figure out how many you have and then do so many a day so it's not overwhelming. Most of all, remember to breathe....things will come together!!

the trick is PREPARATION! plan so that all your vendors have been paid in full at 30days prior to the wedding. this way you won't have to worry about bills etc.
the next key is DELEGATION! Bridesmaid A- you are in charge of transporting my dress from home to the ceremony site. Mom- you are in charge of moving the gifts to the hotel room/home whatever. Sister- you are in charge of making sure the reception room looks perfect. ETC. You will def. need help. But the day of, all you will have to thnk about is getting ready to walk down that aisle!
Good preparation and delegation will eliminate the need for the day spa. Even though a little massage/sauna never hurts.
Good Luck!

sure, 37 weeks is considered complete-time period. 34-36 is considered pre-time period and earlier 34 weeks is premature. i'm 37 weeks pregnant at present too. i grow to be on mattress relax and medicines for 2 weeks because I had preterm contractions that were 2 minutes aside etc the clinical institution they gave me a shot to steer away from preterm puzzling artwork. (that is even as i grow to be 33 weeks & 6 days pregnant). At my 36 week ultrasound, i grow to be instructed my infant weighs approx. 6 kilos and 12 oz. (may be off with assistance from a 0.5 a pound). So, the record says it will be secure to have the infant now, she should be completely developed. i do not plan on having her any day now, yet, if it occurs, i'd be at liberty! i imagine the longer the infant is in there, the extra effectual, the fit. Oh and talking of the medicine, the medical doctors shouldn't placed you decrease back on it now that you're 37 weeks. you're considered contained in the secure zone now. properly, reliable success to you. that is my first, i'm fearful about the puzzling artwork and delivery. i favor a organic vaginal delivery and that i wish all is going properly with me and my infant female. Congrats. we are due on a similar day! YEAH! we are going to be giving thanks round THANKSGIVING!

have your family and bridesmaids do your last minute errands for you. get a massage every week starting 3 weeks before the wedding, if money is an issue, find a local massage school and they will do it for very cheap. baths, pedicures and just rest and relaxation will do you good! remember also to drink lots of water!

Get as organised as you can be, then take your best friend and go away for a day or two. I did this, and getting away from it all was one of the best things i'd done. spend a few days at the beach, or camping. laze about, read, eat (not too much or your dress won't fit). just relax.

Dont talk to your mother in law to be.

And dont leave anything for the last minute to do.

Then get out and get somefresh air and excercise, walks to help keep the nerves down.
