I notice that alot of Older women are easier to talk to and more free spirted then the younger girls.

Being a woman near 40, I think as we mature we find out what we really want out of a relationship. More intimacy and passion and tired of all the games that younger people play. We learn how to relate better i think, when you have been through more of life's experiences. We realize that if you have intimacy and passion, love making will be that much sweeter!

Life makes you more mature. You become less jugde mental towards more people at that age and they aren't as inocent as younger girls so things dont surprise them. And they are in stable jobs by then. Or the majority are. Some "women" still act like little 16 year olds.

Once the pressure of the biological clock stops and women no longer care if they have a relationship/children they can be easier going and not feel they need to have a permanent relationship. I don't mean promiscuity but they do not care what men think

Its all about the maturity level. Not to many 20 yr olds know how to may for a morgage, raise a family, or put a roof over their own head. The older you get the more knowledge you obstain. You learn from your mistakes.

Maybe by her 40s up, women are concentrating less on themselves and more on the needs of others.

they have been there done that, i think when a person gets older in life they value life more and they take life more seriously.

they know that the clock is ticking, they don't have much time left before they are not wanted. they can't be picky any more....
