This isn't hell. Hell has no beautiful waves or green trees, its just a place where people weave back the pain they caused here so the universe can be healed. Very few people go there. Until recently anyway.

According to Hinduism earth is a middle ground. There is a heaven and a hell and other systems in between (there are 14 levels altogether). However, even heaven is only a material dimension where people will eventually die and get reborn in another body in another of the 14 levels depending on their karma.

think of the Greek underworld. there was 3 levels: the Elysian Fields, Erebus, and Tartarus. Elysian Fields is basically heaven. its where the mortal children of gods go. its also where people who died heroic deaths or heros like Heracles (not Hercules...Hercules is the roman version) and Achilles would go. Tartarus was as close to hell a on can get. the people there really ticked off the gods and are charged with pointless and endless tasks or are tortured. Erebus is Earth. Erebus is where all the normal people go. the people of Erebus lead a pointless existence.

see, the ancient Greeks knew quite a bit of things. if heaven and hell exists, this isn't hell. its just boring.

This is probably hell. And yes when we all die, we will probably go to heaven, if there's a god, he cannot be so mean to have us go through this hell and then another one. He is suppossed to be this mercyful being, then he should let us reach heaven.

I think that this existence is a hell for us, to be separated from those in heaven. I think that we are here to make connections and form bonds, and to also learn lessons for our spiritual growth. I think that heaven is the place we came from, and we will go back to.

There is no such thing as hell; just as there is no such thing as heaven. They are just convenient ideas that have developed over the centuries. Ancient man worshipped the sun because it kept him warm and fed him. This developed to where we are now with countless organised religions. It's just mankind's need to explain things he doesn't understand. Afterall, if God doesn't exist, we would have invented him anyway.
I have no time for religion; But I'm open-minded when it comes to a God-like figure. I think we all have to figure that out individually.
And remember, it takes a bad man to do evil things, but for a good man to do evil, it takes religion.........

That sounds very eastern. Like, if you don't get into heaven when you "die" this time, you have to stay until you do get into heaven? Like, reincarnation??

Now why didn't someone think up a religion around this already?? hmmmm???

No, this isn't hell. This is the stage and it ain't no dress rehearsal. It's the big enchilada baby. Not all are going to heaven when they die.
