Girls grow at different rates. It is difficult to compare children from 5-9th grades because their bodies are changing so much and at different rates. Some grow early, and get all of their breasts at once. Some stay flat for a really long time, then all of a sudden mature. Some grow at a somewhat steady pace. Every body is different. However you are growing is the way you were intended to grow.
If you're feeling like your bra size is too big, it's probably because you're getting unwanted attention from boys. Boys are dumb. Stay away from them unless you want to torture them - boys will really humiliate themselves for a smile from a girl with boobs.
If the boys (or jealous girls) are doing things to make you uncomfortable, talk to your mom or another adult woman for advice.

I used to work in a lingerie store where we regularly measured women to determine their bra sizes, and while a 32B IS on the larger range for a 6th grader, it's not unhealthy, especially given her height. Most 12-13 year old girls wear A cups, some B cups, and I've even seen some C's. (And just buying their first bras... the poor girls!)

seems like girls are starting to develop alot sooner now then before.... so you are normal.. dont get beat up about it. at least you are not a member of the itty bitty titty comity!

It depends on your physical size, it would be big if you were 4'10, but average if your 5'4.
