as long as you have things in common and are comfortable being with each other--Mary Tyler Moore married her doctor who was 15 or 17 yrs her junior-that worked --my brother in law's wife is like 7 or 8 yrs older than him-they been married almost 40 yrs now- so where is the problem--older women know what they want, and are more sensible and mature-easier to be with- my wife is 2 1./2 yrs older than me- we been married 10 yrs now- as long as you are comfortable with each other, and don't feel uncomfortable in public, if your age difference is apparent physically--go for it--i look young for my age and my wife doesn't- so i have been taken for her son- it does not bother me- i love her and am happy we are together- by the way-this is my third and final marriage- i am glad that we are together- its too bad i had two un-success-full marriages to get to her- my true soul-mate---better late than never- go for it dude- don't over think your situation- trust your heart and your feelings- if i can be of further help-holler back at me--good luck to you guys !! by the way--i was 50 when we married-i'll be 60 soon & she is 62 1/2, so what !! Will Rodgers once said, " age is a matter of mind. if you don't mind, it doesn't matter ! " don't over-think your situation-get out of your head and into your heart-and trust your feelings..been there, friend..trust me !!!

I am 37 and I say it can work just as well (assuming you are compatible) as if you were closer in age. But-- if you remain neurotic about it, it will kill things pretty quickly. Other things, such as how your respective friends respond to your girlfriend (and vice versa) will also come into play. All in all, every relationship is a crap shoot, and I say give it a go. (I was once in love with a man 14 years older. It can be really wonderful.)

No doubt in my mind, age is just a number especially when youre older. Go with your feelings and if you both feel the same, things will be fine! I personally am attracted to guys 15 years younger than me ! It can work.

those relationships are more compromised by the people around them than the people in them. Don't listen to what anyone else has to say and don't tolerate you significant other do that either.- You must continue to communicate with each other and with the "man " (or woman) in the mirror. To hell with all the nay-sayers, live your life!

No. I've seen relationships like that. Some of those people are happily married. But I think you should go for someone younger unless she's rich

Age doesn't have to stand in the way, if you and she really want to be together. There are ways of assessing compativbility.Astrology. Biorhythm. Other ways. You may not need any of them.

why not? if you are both in love... i don't think its a problem if you dont mind the wagging tongues around... because sometimes you really can't avoid people talking behind your back.
