Take whole garlic cloves about 3, and cut about a 1/4 inch off of the end without the roots and roast in the oven for about 1hr. at about 350....when it comes out of the oven, let them cool and squeeze out the soft garilc in a bowl....Wisk in about 2 cups of milk/or cream, 1/4 tsp. of cornstarch and salt/pepper to taste....bring up to a simmer on the stove top...NOT A BOIL until thick...( it will be thicker as it cools )....Great on pork chops, steak, even pasta.....Good Luck!

Well to get the real taste of garlic in your sauce, pound roughly 3-4 cloves of garlic.heat a sauce pan put in 2tbsp butter n a teaspoon of olive oil(the oil prevents the butter from burning)then in goes is the garlic let it be til garlic is changing colour(dont burn it til its brown).Nw you can discard this coz the flavours are in the butter.Add 1tbsp white flour, saute little,nw add milk asper thickness you need.stir well no lumps .nw add cheese of your choice n pepper.
try out.
