most installed programs have an uninstall, go to start menu, programs, then that program folder and look for Uninstall. If not, go to control panels, add/remove software, and remove it from there. If it's not there either, then it probably didn't write to the registry and you can just delete the folder and menu shortcuts.

Hi,
There are some of them who could be uninstalled from your Control Panel - choose Ad/Remove Programs, select the program you wish to uninstall and that's it.
Well... you might not find the uninstall path for some application (e.g.: MSN Messenger, Outlook etc.) but you can unstaill them by using Advanced Uninstaller Pro 2006 7.5.2 (direct download link: http://software-files.download.com/sd/H65_BdtuxClM8qeMIH3y75f_x-4eigQBeqv2oLYzruZr33jLt0uIlZniy02aBL4shxheuKdfupcPbJTErMYhxa5ygH1Dr8rQ/software/10526475/10069986/3/Advanced_Uninstaller7.exe?ptype=3001&ontid=2096&siteId=4&edId=3&pid=10526475&psid=10069986)
Good luck!
