Why don't you start by calling local electricians and asking for an apprenticeship that why you get to know the field a little better, than if you decide that is what you want to do the person you work for can recommended a school to go to and also write you a recommendation.

If you mean electrician... you should be able to go to a trade/vocational school or college ... I wish you the best
