Personality, by far. When someone falls in love, looks fall out of the way; but the personality pretty much stays the same.

I think I would have to say it is a combination of both. Initially you are attracted by the looks. This does however not mean that you must be drop dead gorgeous. But after that it is all about personality!

Both. I know someone who is smart, beautiful, interesting, compasionate and I love her. I would NOT get tired of looking at her or listening to her.
