Is this a first or second cousin? If you are 1st cuzes, then he would be your cuz-n-law, which you might just say cuz by marriage. If you all are 2nd cuzes then he would be your 2nd cuz.. Cousins twice removed really begin to lose their place in the relationship. By the way, twice removed is 3rd cuzes.
