It might have an effect on your age, but I would go to the doctor to check it out.

your body's just going into starvation mode...it doesn't mean you have an eating disorder! Typically you'll have cravings the first day but if your preoccupied your body kind of accepts it...I get a feeling that can only be discribed as not being in my own skin...slightly faint and weak but mainly just doesn't feel like my body. Just watch yourself...if you noticed you've gone more than a few hours without eating anything force yourself to eat...try power foods that will give you energy...lean meats, whole grains, fresh fruits and veggies.

I feel that way a lot too. Sometimes, I just do not feel like eating because I have a lot of things on my mind. When that happens, I am so preoccupied with my own thoughts that eating is not going to help me, but, I do eat something. So, I eat a salad. May not be much, but it is something in my system.
Are you depressed? That is another reason why you do not want to eat, either.
I hope you get better. And, try to eat something for yourself.

Consult a doctor. You may have some sort of disorder which your brain doesn't think you're hungry even though you really are.
