Even the demons believe in God. You have to believe Jesus is God incarnate, was born in the flesh, died on the cross for our sins, rose from the dead and ascended into heaven. You then have to admit you are a sinner and be sorry for your sins and turn from your sins and make God the most important thing in your life. Get to know God personally through prayer and his word. Then you will know you are right with God and he want say " I never knew you".

No person can answer that question. That's God's call. Despite what others might tell you, the fact that the final destination of our souls is God's call means we won't know for sure where we will end up until we get there.

But there are things can can do in this life that can clearly tilt that outcome in one direction or the other.

If you truly believe in God, and this belief stems from the heart, you are on the right track. Learn as much as you can about God. Read th Gospels for, "ignorance of the Gospels is ignorance in Christ."

I can tell you that souls that make it to Heaven do stay there forever. But the same goes for hell too.

Good luck!

No, the scripture says the only way to the father is through Jesus Christ, so you have to say and feel in your heart that there is a personal relationship between you and Jesus Christ and then you will be sure of your going to heaven forever!

The Words of Christ:
John 14:1 Let not you heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. vs 6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

God is the only one who can allow people in Heaven or keep them out of His presence. Secondly if you felt in your heart there was a God, wouldn't your heart desire to seek out who He was? Wouldn't your soul cry for more.
I'm only speaking from experience. Not to make you feel bad. I felt in my heart there was a God for a long time. I even got saved about 5 times. Then when I stopped and said God who and where are you? That is when He revealed himself to me. I have found what I was looking for. And have stopped looking. God loves you and wants to reveal himself to you. And everybody. So if you are not satisfied with where you are. Ask God to come to you. He will direct your path.

The only thing that will get you into God's heavens is to believe and trust in what the Lord Jesus Christ did for you on the cross. He died for your sins, He was buried and took your sins away and He was raised the third day for your justification. 1 Corinthians 15:3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; 1 Corinthians 15:4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:

if you are a new believer, let me tell you something, when i got saved, my life was so bad, the way i talked, my actions, well you get the point, i found it hard believing that everything i had done was forgiven by God, but it was true and still is, see when you accept Jesus into your life, you are going to be tempted even more than ever by satan, he is going to try to win you over, he will let it ponder in your mind wether or not you are truely saved, so i found myself being saved about 3 or 4 times a day, but i know that when i prayed that night, it was true, i meant it with my heart, soul, mind body, i know that i was forgiven that night, i know therefore that i am saved. now i do backslide sometimes, but i know i'm human and i make mistakes so i ask God to forgive me for what i did or how i acted, now that doesn't mean i can be like, well i'm gonna go do this wrong thing and then ask God for forgiveness afterwords, it doesn't work like that, sometimes we just do things without thinking and it's a mistake, we ask God to forgive us and He does, if you truely meant it, then yuo will be with our Lord Jesus after the rapture or when you pass away, whichever comes first, just study God's word and pray, He will work in your life

Look, it's one thing to feel it in your heart and believe, but your missing the link between them. Having him in your heart and letting him work THROUGH you to others. Yes, I go to church, I pray, and I even teach others. But it said in the bible the earth was here for us to work and to harvest the land. So I guess my answer is NO, yup... plain ol' NO! If I said I was a cop, would how I act and how I do things show I was a cop, YES, and so would being with god. You wouldn't steal, you wouldn't judge people, and you wouldn't let the world control the real you. Let God into your heart, let him move you, and let him through you do his work. THEN, you'll be complete...

If you believe in God, and live your life the way you feel exemplifies God's love then yes. If you do it just to get to heaven, I don't think you can fool God.

It's more than a belief,or just verbalizing that belief, you actually have to DO something about it. That means living the teachings of Jesus as an everyday thing, being a christian is a doing and saying way of life ...not just a saying way of life....Hope this helps :-)
