It appeared on my desktop as an icon yesterday.
An unexpected error has been detected by HotSpot Virtual Machine:

Should i be concerned? Or do i just delete it? Anything i need to do?

This is an error from Java VM in your machine which did not get enough rights.

Just delete the file.

It was an error that probably will not recur.
