I need help! any home remedies or medicine for a cold sore?

Folic Acid tablets will keep you from getting cold sores.
If you get them in your mouth, rinse it with Peroxyl. It really works. I take chemotherapy by mouth so I take folic acid & use the Peroxyl as well.

Ouch! If it's on the inside rinse 3x a day with warm salty water.
