I'm just curious to what is it you look for the most in a relationship and what first has to grab your attention for you to like a guy?

Trust is the most important thing in a relationship. But the first thing to catch my attention other than looks is his ability to keep up or start a conversation. Plus whether or not we have things in common, if not his ability to be open minded about the things I like and do.

I have a young child so when I would enter into a new relationship, I would hold off letting him meet my child til I knew how he treated me. If that went well, I would let him meet my son. HOW he treats him and interacts with him tells me everything I need to know. Ive been married for the last 6 years to a man that told me "if im gonna be with you, your son is also a part of the package and he is a part of this relationship also." after that, I fell in love with him.
Most of all...I look for honesty! cant trust someone that isnt honest!

The first thing that catches my attention is a nice smile and if he has the confidence to make and hold eye contact.
For the long term... trust, honesty and communication are all vital to a good relationship.

The thing to first grab my attention? Probably his humor. What will keep my attention? Most definitely his honesty. I know it sounds cliche, but it is for a good reason.

Honesty and Trustworthiness.
And what draws most women to a guy; is that click.. My hubby and I, we talked for about 7 hours the first day we met. And four years later, we still can talk for hours. You've got to have that connection with someone to form a meaningful relationship.

Trust. The most important thing is that i know i can trust the person i'm with, if i can't trust them why would i be with them? The first thing that grabs my attention with guy would have to be their smile.

The most important thing in a relationship is chocolate. Things like a third eye or nose rings really grab my attention...but not for me to like a guy. I have a list of things that I "typically" like in guys, but every lady is different, as in WE ARE ALL DIFFERENT! Hmmm.... But I like tall men, dark or red hair is doing it for me lately...and nice eyes! *giggles*

A guy's confidence and optimistic attitude catches my attention. One example would be someone that is not afraid to introduce himself and strike up a decent conversation. I look for support and trust in a relationship.

I'm really drawn to a guy that just seems confident and happy. If I'm at a party or bar and there is a guy that is just enjoying himself and not acting like an *** or a wallflower. I send him the signals.. ;-)
