carnal refers to of the flesh, so it would mean a fleshly commandment - such as some of Paul's teachings that women should be silent in the church - which was not a commandment given by Christ at all, but a recommendation by Paul if the women teachers were only going to spend their time gossiping - that would be a carnal commandment. One that is made by mankind in the flesh against regarding the flesh. Kind of the long way around the barn to the gate, but I hope I got you there!

I think Carnal means sexual so it must have something to with the adultry commandment.

i don't know but carnal means sensual, sexual, that sort of thing. so i guess it might be the part where you shouldn't covet your neighbor's wife.
