Yes, if the doctor and techs treat them early enough when they ingested the poison. I have treated dogs who have eaten the poison and they can be OK.

Most dogs survive, especially if the owner knows that the pet ate it and gets it to the vet. Getting the poison out of their system before it affects them, or even just getting the treatment started before they are showing signs is usually pretty successful.
When the dog comes in bleeding, it is more difficult, and more expensive, because you have to replace the blood lost, and still treat the rodenticide poisoning to stop the problem.
The best idea is to not allow your pets exposure to the stuff. If they get some, treat them immediately.

Decon is a anticougulant - this is TREATABLE - get to a vet or a vet ER quickly. Better yet call NOW - if he ate it just a few minutes ago making him throw it back up may be the best thing to do and you vet can tell you household products to accomplish this

If you get to the vet fast enough, and you have accurate information as to time of the poisoning and quantity consumed, your dog has a good chance of surviving.
The link below suggests making the dog throw up before you head to the vet...if the dog is still standing.

My dog got into some and I caught it in time to save her. Took her to the vet, they gave her some Vit K and she was fine.
But if you dont catch it right away...forget it..they will hemorage and die.
