Isreal uses Krav Maga which is very effective.
The soviet nations also teach a form that I have heard is also very good, but all considered, Krav Maga is very effective.

Another example in US military of martial arts training is found in the Marines. I don't know that you could assign a name to the form perse, but the name of the program is Marine Corps Martial Arts Program (MCMAP)--pretty original, huh? Seems to be a special hybrid developed for their specific purposes. Here's a little info about it.
"One mind, any weapon" is the motto of the recently revamped MCMAP. As per the Marine Corp online news, MCMAP consists of three components: mental discipline, character discipline and physical discipline. The program teaches Marines combat-tested martial arts skills and close-combat training techniques. The training philosophy incorporates leadership and core values to enhance the professional military education.
