And it would really help if you give me a homemade recipe...or if not just anything.

Mayo- put a handful in and massage in and leave in for about 1 hour. Rinse with super hot water. Then shampoo. This will leave it soft and silky.

I was always told to put a raw egg on your hair at least twice a week. The egg provides protein which your hair may need as well as use an oil treatment. They are not expensive at all, and VO5 sells them in Walmart, or any other drug store. Also consider using a reconstructor on your hair, that will bring your hair back to a healthy state. I also use saturation its from Lanza...an awesome product ... Trade secrets sells it and some high end beauty shops carry it...well worth the money..not to pricey about $10 and that will last you about six or more months, because you only use a little. Good luck

how far up are the dry ends? you might need to get them trimmed off. it sounds like they are burned or fried.

if you straighten your hair you should be using something in it to protect it from the heat. and never do it on damp hair - only dry hair.

towel dry after rinsing shampoo and before conditioner. conditioner has oil and oil and water don't mix.
try leaving the conditioner in overnight and just rinse it in the morning.

a trim wouldn't hurt. but make sure all the crap is cut off and start fresh.

You could try buying a shampoo that has no lauryl or laureth sulfates, which tend to aggravate dry hair. They are only for foaming action--unnecessary. I use a good brand--Jason.

You can get what is called cholesterole. They carry it in the hair care department. It is usually with the african american hair cair products. Its is really good. Also make sure you are getting your ends trimmed as much as possible.
