First you have to calm down...it hurts worst when you are hyperactive and what not. Take a warm wet cloth and put it over the injection site. Try not to sleep on it tonight, its gonna be sore for the next couple of days.

alternate heat and cold packs applied directly to the injection site. Move your arm around and flex the muscles, this will help to distribute the serum into the muscles. This will cut down on the pain. Good luck. It is normal to be sore at the injection site for a day or so.

put ice on it to numb it up while the tylenol is working. Lots of ice. That's what I did. hope u feel better soon!

oh wow you should call your dr. he can give you valium or something strong idk if thats even pain medicine but he can give you somethign... try to put a cold thign on the spot like ice bag or something ...
or do somethign to take your mind off it like play a game watch a movie... eat your fave snack..cook somethign... to help you forget bc pain is all in your mind
but i strongly advise you to use the cold ice on it to like ... kinda numb the pain away
