Has anyone used biotin? If so, did it help your hair and nails grow longer?

My hair has always been at one length and so i`m trying to get it to to grow longer. My mom`s hair has always grown but mine just stops at the one point.

yes it works great it made my hair go from my upper neck to my collar bone in 6 months.

yeh i have used biotin but it really didn't help my hair at all i have the same problem with my hair ^SORRY^
