should i have a mole removed from my face and have a scar, or should i not. Are moles very ugly.

Go to a good dermatologist and or plastic surgeon and get several opinions...

Have it removed! Moles can grow into cancerous problems as you get older in life. Warning sign; when hair starts growing out of the mole.

moles are normal, but if you feel it looks bad I would get it removed. There are many ways to get rid of scars.

If it's just a little brown mole, keep it. You can just say it's a beauty mark (it's what I do!). But, if it's really big and hairy, removal might be a better idea.....

my friend just had one remove on the side of her noise and she has no scare yes have it remove because those thing in time may turn into cancer?
