I have always found trust to be a very hard topic to discuss, moreover because when it is lost, it can take some time to regain. If one were to lose trust with one's own parents, then the best way to regain it is to talk, spend time with them and try to figure out why the trust is lost. Honesty is the best policy!

If trust was lost by a parent, then there must have been years of deceit and dishonesty. A parents love is like no other, and my view is it's never really lost; only suppressed to shield from future heartache.
Since it took time for this to happen, the only way things can get back to normal is with time. It's the responsibility of the offspring to be completely honest. Also he/she must be patient, because through the years there had to be plenty of heartache, so the parent will still put up that protective shield when something happens to raise a red flag. Be honest, patient, and sincere and that love will come back stronger than ever......Good luck

You need to sit down with your Mom and Dad and have a serious talk about why you did whatever caused them to lose trust in you.
If you are serious, and admit that you made a mistake, and promise not to be that stupid again, and follow THROUGH on that promise, they will eventually trust you again. How LONG it takes depends on how SERIOUS the problem WAS, and how HARD you work to FIX the problem. Get it?

Ooh, that's a loaded question, because once you prove you can and will defy your parents, you are in pretty hot water. It is a very hard thing to do for a parent to trust a rebellious child. You are going to have to earn it back. Communicate with them that you want to earn it back, and ask them for suggestions. Also, keep in mind that it will take lots and lots of time and patience. It will take understanding from both sides.

You give it a few months and improve slowly they'll come back around slowly. NEVER put yourself low enough to kiss anyones a s s but just pick up little things around the house and as you pick them up youll get more used to it and start picking up more... Its all a part of maturing.. Im 15... In this last year i grew up bassicaly did all my growing up.

Show them that you can be trusted again. I will take time because it probably took a lot of time for you to lose their trust.

That happens to me allllllll the time
Just do whatever you can to make them proud of you or Forgive you
Make them feel that you can be trusted
On second thought don't make them feel that they can trust you make them know that they can trust you
Hope this helps!!!
