How do I string a 150LB crossbow?

This is a 150LB Hou Shiueh Crossbow. I have a 150LB string for it... But I cant manage to get it on.

hi,take your crossbow into the carpeted living room, if you are right handed put the loop on the left hand limb, lay that limb on the floor, put your left foot in the center of the limb holding it down to the floor,bring your right foot to the end of the limb where your string is looped on,now holding the string in your left hand, grasp the right limb near the top and pull toward your right foot, slide loop over limb end, please make sure you have one full turn on the string before hooking the loop, this is how i getter done , have fun shooting , and be safe.
