There are a few avenues. Some investment clubs have investors looking for "throw away" manufactureds. Also some states have charities needing these homes for various community services. You may want to contact your state as this can lead to a nice tax deduction.

I would check a homeless shelter or a family staying at Salvation Army or something or someone in your church that you know does not have a home.
