Why arent men as sensitve as women?

BECAUSE SOCIETY WOULD CLASSIFY THEM AS A P@#% SO THEY MUST BUT THE UNSENSITIVE BUTT HOLES THEY ARE.

My honest opinion is that guys could be just as sensitive as women, if it was under the right circumstances. Most guys feel like everyone else is never hurt by anything, and when they are hurt, they don't want to seem "different." Unfortunately, this is a never-ending cycle, as when a guy holds his feelings in, other guys think he is "cool' for being "untouchable" because they don't know what he is holding inside. Luckily, when alone with a girl/woman they care for, men will usually feel more open about feelings, if a little shy at first. Try to break through this, and soon he will be sharing his innermost feelings with you.

it is the way male and female minds develop.
they develop differtnly due to the differnt amount of hormones in the body.
think about this: before puberty male and female children think mostly the same.
it all is linked to how we are desighined because: men were meant to be moreso the protecters, providers, and supporters. and women's bodys arent desighned to do most of those things. women were created to complete the man, and help the male because of the fact that most male (of any species) dont fraternise much or ask for help from other males. however in this day and age it doenst really matter because of all of the modern conviences. although i still think it is important to find a girl to marry.

Admittedly, there are a LOT of male idiots out there. But then again, there are the same number of women! Now me for example, I CANNOT find a woman, who is feminine and sensitive yet doesn't believe that I have powers of telepathy! I am in touch with my emotions but will only show them to someone I think is worth it - and I'm still looking. That's not to say there aren't plenty of great women, there are, I just haven't found one that suits me, and that's the issue, finding someone that suits you. Generally guys are insensitive, because of testosterone levels just like women think differently because of oestrogen levels, yet it doesn't mean there aren't great women. I'm just still searching for my great woman lol! ( Guess that must mean I'm a little awkward to satisfy lol)

Some of us are as sensitive as many women and even more sensitive that some women. It hurts when the world treats you like you have no feelings just because you are a man. It is horrible. I thank god for the very few women who know me and know for sure that i have a sensitive heart. I would be in terrible pain if I didn't have those very few special women in my life.

I've also wondered this.

I asked my boyfriend and he says it's because tahts the way his step-dad always taught him, to be stong and have no emotions.
I think that there is nothing sweeter than a guy who can cry if soemthing terrible happened and it means alot to them. Men think they have to be tough, and carry though when us women can't, I guess. Hope that helps:)

they put up a good front, most guys have a sensitive side, they just don't let their guard down! it is a sign of weakness to other neanderthal men!

It is genetic. Woman naturally are nurturing, loving etc. Men are concerned with work, providing, etc.

Because men have been brought up to suck it up and not express themselves. We are told to let our feelings out when we were younger.

Deep down, some of them are..... not necessarily over the same things....... just we tend to avoid showing it to avoid giving other guys the impression we're f*****s.
