I just now used Google to put in the keywords:
chouinard massachusettes

Do that and you'll notice that the name Chouinard comes up and it's linked to "Fall River". One is a geneology site. I think if you begin your research like that, you will come up with another family member in Fall River that you can contact, write to, and subsequently find out more about Lucille.

Pl. use web sites as "People search" or "Genes United" .You may find names as the one you want . You may have to pay a fee at a later stage to contact them. Or, ask the local village or town council to see the Electoral Rolls(it may be on the website if you choose the place's name & search) & list of Births & Deaths, the Police dept or Post Office or Welfare Dept which gives aid to people or the Social Security Dept which will have a list of names of people. See the Telephone Directories of all the phone companies(may be on websites). Do you have the last known full address & phone no.,date of birth, profession, church or other religious or social group or school studied, work place(may be a pensioner of an employer;ask the office ), names of other mebers in the family ? Give all these & your details (address & ph. no.,email address) to all whom you contact.Write a letter to tht address with your address & ph. no.,email address on the reverse for a reply (say by phone from a receiver or from the post office) even if it is not delivered.Write to the very local newspapers such as those made by or for shops to advertise(some are sold, some are given free).Place a request in them (either a letter to the editor or a free or paid advertisement) for readers to reply.Write to old age homes ,hospitals & welfare homes there. Request the local radio stations to announce for her to reply. There are also HAM radio operators who may help. Do all these soon as she is old and you must find her while she is alive. If you get a reply tht she may not be alive ask for evidence as date, place(home or hospital or other place), by whom reported, where recorded, etc., to be sure and check with the recording office for confirmation.Often I have been misled by people who carelessly give wrong replies stating the death of living people.May be unable to reply or poor to do it. The person may have moved out.Pl. find out where and do the above for that place. Pl. let me know if you did all these & the results. How far away from tht place are you ?
