I have white tile in my shower and a light wood sink vanity so any colors will work but I would like other people's opinions!

Go to places like Pier 1 and find one or two items to work around whether it be a candle, vase or a picture (painting) and add colors to accent the item like curtians. You can use a spring rod for the curtians in most bathrooms and you can use almost any kind of curtian to make it your style. Make it a place if you love baths a place to relax in and enjoy the feel of the room. Add candles, and if you have plenty of light a plant or two.

I like to style my whole house in the same sort of theme. Like if you house is very contemporary, a bathroom full of moose and deer probably wouldn't work. In the same way, a log cabin in the woods would look strange with a bathroom done in ocean theme. If your house doesn't really have a theme is always nice to use something you love to decorate your bathroom. I did my whole bathroom in sea turtles. I wanted an underwater theme, but more than just plain fish. I painted the entire bathroom and ceiling dark blue and painted gold sea turtles around the top of the walls. Then I spray painted everything in gold, like the soap dispenser, toothbrush holder, towels racks, light switches, etc. Then I bought all light blue towels and got a fabric shower curtain that was underwater sea turtles. I really like it and its pretty.

Good Luck and have fun!

An all-white bathroom is really beautiful. You provide the color. Use white towels, white tile floors, white tile or painted walls. You can see everything in the white light and it is very clean and flattering.

But my personal opinion is choose a calming color that you like and would like to see every day...Buttercream with a nice light green with palm tree accents (the wood will look nice with that)...pastels with flowers with a reapainted sink...there are endless ideas and they all depend on you...the site a gave you will help a ton...I know...I've used it before...
