It kind of sounds like razor burn, make sure you use really thick shaving cream, and don't be afraid to slather it on. then use an after shave care gel, skintamate has pretty good ones. And of course use a really sharp razor (toss it out every two weeks) so don't have to go over spots. and put on lotion afterwards, if all else fails and you still get them, try using baby oil after the shower, or pure vaseline.

What you're getting is simple irritation caused by shaving. It's more common than not.

After shaving put some baby oil or witch hazel over the bumps. This will soothe the irritation.

Try a beauty supply store for a product called Bump RX
it will take away and prevent bumps from shaving.
