I don't know a website, but I do smokey eyes everyday for my makeup routine. For a more natural look use dark brown liner and line the tops and bottoms (only half way) of your lids, and take an angle brush and apply the same color eyeshadow over the liner. for more dramatic do the same tecnique, but use khol colored liner and shadow.

yes.. i like to do my eyes this way.
Put a smoky color (gray) with eyeshadow under you eye. bottom lid-underneath.. like you would do eyeliner... Use the same smoky color and use it on your upper lid crease. fill in the lid with a nice light color like opal.. Now use a black liquid eyeliner and line your top lid and bottom lid.. over the eyeshadow. Take the eyeshadow applicator and reapply a light amount of eyeshadow over the bottom again.. (kind of a smudge appearance) hope it works

I just use my darker eyeshadows and experiment to get the desired effect.
