Corona isn't bad, but there are many other good beers out there.
If you like Corona, try some southern german or bavarian lagers. Mexican beers came (mostly) from german imigrants who brought southern german lager yeast with them to this side of the world. So try the original - or try a munich helles or a kolsch style.
Some great german pilsners: Bitburger, Warsteiner or Spaten Pilsner.
Some good munich helles: Hacker-Pschorr Helles, Paulaner Premium Lager, Spaten Premium Lager, Augustiner Lagerbier Hell, Weihenstephaner Original
BTW - the lime is used to kill the germs around the opening of the bottle (citric acid). It prevents montezuma's revenge due to sanitation in mexico. So you can ditch it here in the US.
Me? I just switched from my award winning Kolsch style to a weiss-bier I finished fermenting last week.

In my opinion almost any beer tastes better than Corona(no, I guess crap like Lucky Lager doesn't). Any beer you have to add lime to just doesn't turn me on.
