Actually you shouldn't eliminate dairy. Dairy (as long as it's low or non fat) atcually helps you lose weight. I used to do Weight Watchers and when I follwed the program and had the 3 servings of dairy a day, I lost more weight than when I didn't have the dairy.

No. In fact, you should still drink 24oz of milk a day (at least according to the advert!). I believe it actually helps weightloss. However, make sure it's skimmed! Easiest way to lose weight = Eat Less, Move More!!!

certainly not, unless you want to get into real trouble. cut down on saturated fats and do 30 mins exercise a day that leaves you out of breath...fast walking etc.

no...not a believer in fad dieting, just go with skim or 1% milk instead of whole, and low fat cheeses. you'll be suprised how much difference just making smarter eating decisions makes on your diet.
I've lost 16 lbs. in 2 months by going to 1% milk and cutting back to 1 soda per day. Good luck!
