Go to sams/kroger/costco and eat the samples - it's free!
I have lived on ramon before and put spagetti sauce on it to stretch things. I also used to eat a box of dry jello - it hardens in your stomach, but has no nutrition. Bulk rice can be cheap, but nothin' is as cheap as ramon.

i like potted meat and bread its like a quater a can which can make like 3 sandwiches if you want and if you buy the cheaper bread you get a meal for about $1.50USD not as good as ramen noodle but hey at least its not the same all the time

I think this is the cheapest thing you can eat. I make it taste better by adding rice with it or eggs. You will be amazed at how much more filling it is.

Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwiches.... They are not the spendy and last longer then one meal. (don't go with the cheap pb.. it's nasty)
