Key word: "boy"friend. Usually older women are ashamed of saying they have a boyfriend, because by that time(20+) they desire a "husband" or someone close enough to call one. To answer your question: NO. A girl shouldn't wait. A boyfriend isn't the same as a husband. All a boyfriend has to do is be there for her, buy her things occasionally, and get intimate with her. A husband has greater responsibilities: kids, bills, career, etc. Now that would require a MAN's touch.

What do you consider as a man? I know some guys who are only 14 to 16 that are more of a man (in mature way) than some 30 or 40 years olds.

I guess it depends on the guy. My boyfriend is 15 and the way he talks and acts, I thought he was 18 or 19.
