You should ask your doctor, but this doesn't sound like a good idea for your overall health. And if you aren't about to introduce some solid baby foods soon, then this isn't a good idea for your baby, either.

I would avoid anything like that while breastfeeding. Try to eat a healthy balanced diet. If you're looking for extra protein, try hardboiled eggs, nuts, cheese, tofu etc. Anything man created like that is usally full of chemicals, and preservatives. Read the label, but I always feel that natural is best. Especially when it comes to babies. God Bless

Whatever you eat goes into your baby's system also. Check with a pharmacist or doctor because there could be too much of certain vitamins/minerals or sugar for the baby.
