Try Starfall.com and FunLessonPlans.com.

Starfall has lots of downloadable materials for you, along with a monthly calendar and holiday pages. Many activities are interactive as well.

Check out the free downloadable banners for the alphabet and numbers at FunLessonPlans: http://www.funlessonplans.com/preschool_lesson_plans/free.htm

While you're there, look around and you'll probably come up with your own ideas.

With the pre-k set, you can use almost anything to teach them to count including crayons, buttons and even Cheerios! Their minds are sponges and will absorb most everything as long as you make it fun!
