I LOOOOOOOVe ice cream.My favorite was one my Mom used to make years ago.It was a simple Vanilla Ice cream recipe except she would take butter and brown sugar in a skillet ,heat it until it bubbled then add some pecans,cook until the syrup stated to thicken,then she would add a splash of Jack Daniels.She would pour this over top of the home-made vanilla ice cream while it was still warm and man it was good.My Mom died not too long ago I sure miss her.
