Give me you meaning please of what Blaspheming the Holy Ghost.

"Blaspheming" is taking the Lord's name in vain.
This includes 'swearing' (not slang, but actual "swearing"...), and making a mockery of the work of the Holy Spirit...

Well, against the Holy Ghost, is rejecting Him all together, but otherwise it means anything dishonoring to God.

It means standing up on a pulpit, or anywhere else in public, including the Internet, telling everyone what "God said," or what "God really means."
That is also a violation of the 3rd Commandment.
