Legal age requirement?

Does anyone have an idea what the age requirement is to adopt a child. I know you must be financially supportive and do home studies and such. I was just wondering what the age requirement is - I live in Florida.

Generally speaking:
One parent must be a U.S. citizen for any international adoption
Married applicants must be at least 21 years of age
Single applicants must be at least 25 years of age
